Colby Ellis (center), President of the Kosciusko Mayors Youth Council, served as a page for Representative Jason White the week of April 9, 2012. Colby is the son of Robert and Susan Ellis. Robert serves as Alderman for Ward 3. Also pictured is Speaker Phillip Gunn.
